DELIVERY COVID-19

 

Please allow between 3 - 5 working days for your order to be dispatched. Please be aware deliveries may be slightly delayed due to COVID-19 however all our products will reach you safely.

We are currently shipping to UK addresses only. Keep an eye out for worldwide shipping coming soon!

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

We have a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days after you have received your product to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. Unworn, unused and unwashed. Items will not be accepted without requesting a refund first.

 

Please take a look at the Contact Us section to start a return, firstly by sending us an email. If your return is accepted, your return will be at your own cost so we suggest you track your parcel. Original postage cost will not be refunded.

 

We cannot take responsibility for any items lost or damaged so we highly advise tracking your parcel and obtaining a "proof of postage."

We will notify you when we have received your return to let you know if it has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund back onto the payment method you used to purchase. Please be patient as refunds can take a few days to process and reach your account, we will of course keep you updated.

 

DAMAGE AND ISSUES

Please inspect your product upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defected or the wrong order so we can put it right for you.

 

EXCEPTIONS AND EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Also, we cannot offer exchanges due to items selling out fast.
